Literature teacher at Baccalaureate level
Carlos Núñez
Dear colleagues in the classroom.
My greetings and respect, knowing that what we do is not easy and is poorly paid, but the vocation in our DNA is what invites us not to give up.
In my daily work (as in yours, I imagine) I observed every day how my students were 20 towns ahead of me in digital culture. And I couldn't afford it and I didn't want it.
Another colleague told me about these programmes, I spoke to the headmaster of my school and got him to take on the investment with the Next Generation.
I signed up, did the one-week programme, and I was hooked on digital. (I understand the kids now.) What I was able to learn, and what I missed, was the digital experience.
What I was able to learn, and how lost I was, made me think of all that is coming our way with digital if we don't prepare.
The teachings were without any "words", no anglicisms, no Matrix geek jargon, and the experts associated everything to life on earth, not in cyberspace, so it was all clear to me.
I encourage you not to hesitate to train in these disciplines, which are the future.
Thanks to the Diplomatic IT team for the proximity, empathy and unprecedented way of transmitting and teaching something that sounded like Chinese to me at the beginning.

Teacher of Geography and History at ESO (secondary school)
Sonia del Amo
Dear teachers, women. I hope my experience is of some use to you.
I am an ESO teacher of Geography and History, (imagine my role) 😆😆😆.
At first it was hard for me to decide to invest so much, but I thought of the conquerors and I said a phrase that my mother, who emigrated to France, always told me: "daughter, if they do it (for French women) you can do it just as well and better". That phrase is engraved in my heart.
Well, I made up my mind, my school helped me financially with 50% and I went for it.
I'm so happy, I can't get over my ego at how "digital smarty-pants" I feel now and the lectures I give to my students.
I loved going back to school as a student, in person, and with exams and exercises with pencil and paper.
Thank you guys from Diplomatic IT, you have given me a huge boost of self-esteem.
Girls, teachers, don't hesitate. The best investment in you that you have or have to give yourself.
